My Story

A Career Built on Transformation

ENAID Advisory LLC · Chicago, Illinois

I have watched the workplace transform in real time — from the early disruption of the World Wide Web to the seismic shift now underway with Artificial Intelligence. Through every wave of change, one thing has remained constant: the organizations that thrive are the ones that prepare their people first.

That belief is why I founded ENAID Advisory LLC. With over 25 years of experience in executive talent strategy, workforce transformation, and organizational change across United Airlines, Archer Daniels Midland, Northwestern Medicine, FPMI/TSA, UBS, and Accenture, I've been a change agent.

I am the first in my family to graduate from college. I have navigated my own reinvention, and I know firsthand what it takes to step into something new with courage and conviction. I am an advocate for women in leadership and business ownership, and I have mentored girls in the Chicago Public School system.

I spent the last year in intentional, rigorous upskilling — earning my Certified AI Consultant designation and SAFe certification, and completing coursework in Project Management, Tableau, and Power BI — because credibility must be earned, not assumed.
